Maharshi Vyas is a second-generation leader at RES Management, specializing in GIFT City investments, commercial real estate, and strategic investment advisory across Ahmedabad and GIFT City.
His journey into real estate was not originally planned. After completing his Bachelor's degree in Aviation and Hospitality, Maharshi had envisioned a career as a crew member with an international airline. However, graduating in 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, brought the aviation industry to an unprecedented standstill.
During this period, he began spending more time at the office with his father, Mr. Vishwanath Vyas, Founder of RES Management, and gradually discovered an interest in commercial real estate and investment advisory.
He formally joined RES Management in 2021 and has since developed a strong specialization in GIFT City investments, pre-leased commercial properties, SEZ leasing, investment portfolio structuring, and strategic real-estate turnarounds.
His role also extends to building partnerships with developers and driving the company's marketing and business development initiatives.
Maharshi has been closely involved in structuring and advising on commercial real-estate investments, with a focus on understanding the larger investment objective rather than viewing a property as a standalone transaction. He has successfully closed ₹50+ crore in GIFT City transactions and was recognized as a Top Performer for FY 2025–26 by Shivalik Group.

This philosophy defines his approach to real estate. Rather than focusing solely on short-term returns, Maharshi believes in identifying opportunities that can contribute to long-term wealth creation.
His approach involves understanding an investor's objectives, risk profile and time horizon, and then building the right combination of assets, opportunities and strategies around them.
As Ahmedabad and GIFT City continue to emerge as major commercial and investment destinations, Maharshi's long-term vision is to position RES Management as a leading CRE advisor for investors in Ahmedabad and GIFT City.
